IC200CHS002 Versamax Series Box Terminal I/O Carrier Module

About the IC200CHS002

The IC200CHS002 is a VersaMax I/O carrier module. The module offers a modular approach because it allows for servicing,

troubleshooting, and replacement of I/O modules without removing existing wiring terminals.

Typically, this carrier module provides installation and field wiring as well as backplane communications for hosted modules.

The module primarily has 36 terminals arranged in two (2) strips labelled A1 through A18 and B1 through B18.

The module is compatible with 32-point I/O modules or high-density I/O devices in the same VersaMax product family.

The module has 4 common/power connections and embeds keying dials that are set to match the designated keying positions of the module hosting the I/O carrier.

The hardware also has carrier mating connectors for quick assembly and connection to the backplane. It also features a module latch hole for locking the hosted IO module into place.

The terminals of the IC200CHS002 are capable of withstanding transient voltages up to 300 VAC.

During normal operation, each terminal is designed for a voltage range of 0-264 VAC and a current rating of 2 amps per terminal and 8 amps per power/common terminal.

Each terminal supports termination of up to 2 wires* with recommended wire sizes from AWG # 14 (average 2.1mm2 cross section)

to AWG #22 (average 0.36mm2 cross section) for single wire connections, AWG #18 (average 0.86mm2 cross section)

Used to connect two (2) wires in a single terminal for terminal shorting.

There are 3 types of I/O carriers in the Versamax product line, they are Terminal Carriers, Compact Terminal Carriers and Connector I/O Carriers.

The IC200CHS002 carrier has 36 IEC box terminals.The IC200CHS002 carrier provides backplane communications, mounting connections, and field wiring for one I/O module.

The dimensions of the IC200CHS002 carrier are 110.5 x 70 x 139.7 mm.

The terminals on the IC200CHS002 carrier are compatible with solid/stranded copper wire with a cross-sectional area of 0.36 to 2.1 square millimetres, or 86 conductors with a cross-sectional area of 2.0 square millimetres.

Copper wire rated to 194 degrees Fahrenheit is recommended for use with the Versamax IC200CHS002 carrier module.

Recommended terminal torque for the IC200CHS002 bracket is 0.37 to 0.45 pounds per foot.

The IC200CHS002 bracket is supplied with a label that can be inserted into the module’s clear door.

The IC8CHS2 carrier can accommodate current levels of 200 amps per power and ground connection or 002 amps per point.

Fanuc IC200ALG264 Compact, multifunctional analogue input module

About the IC200ALG264

The IC200ALG264 is the analogue input module in the VersaMax I/O product family of distributed I/O modules and components.

The IC200ALG264 is a compact, multifunctional input module designed to be mounted in a remote location and transmit I/O data via industrial communication protocols.

The module primarily features fifteen (15) analogue input channels designed to accept 0-20 mA and 4-20 mA input signals.

These input channels are equipped www.cniacs.com with separate analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) circuits with a digital conversion resolution of 15 bits and an analogue resolution of 0.5 µA.

The analogue resolution is 0.5 µA = 1 (4-20 mA range) and 0.625 µA = 1 count (0-20 mA range).

The module has an input accuracy of +/-0.5% (typical) and +/-0.25% of full scale** at an ambient temperature of 0-3 degrees Celsius.

The IC200ALG264 is capable of detecting error conditions such as internal power loss in both operating modes and open circuit detection when operating in 4-20 mA mode only.

These diagnostic conditions are reported to the CPU for error indication and correctly displayed to the Human Machine Interface (HMI) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.

The module’s operating mode or range selection is set by using terminal jumpers. To configure 4-20 mA, the terminal jumpers must be unloaded, which is the default configuration.

Otherwise, install the jumper for 0-20 mA operation.

The IC200ALG264 has a built-in module OK LED status indicator.Tis LED indicates that the module has successfully powered up and downloaded using a valid configuration.

It has a ** backplane current consumption of 100 mA.

The IC200ALG264 module is an analogue input module designed and marketed by GE Fanuc Automation.

The IC200MDD846 hybrid module has a set of 8 input points that draw current from the input devices connected to it and send it to the common line.

GE Fanuc IC200ALG620 Resistance Analogue Input Module

About the IC200ALG620

The IC200ALG620 is a VersaMax analogue input module manufactured by Emerson Automation.

The module is specifically designed for temperature measurement and sensor integration with resistance temperature detector (RTD) modules.

The module is a 4-channel RTD/resistance analogue input module that can be used with a variety of RTD sensors.

including platinum 25. 100. and 1000 ohms; copper 10. 50. and 100 ohms; nickel 100 and 120 ohms; and nickel/iron 604 ohms, and direct input resistance value ranges such as 0-500 ohms and 0-3000 ohms.

The IC200ALG620 supports both 3-wire and 4-wire RTD sensors. Each channel has a dedicated analogue-to-digital (ADC) converter circuit with 16-bit conversion resolution.

The module has a measurement accuracy of +/-25.0% (at 15 degrees Celsius) for resistance measurements and +/-0.15% in RTD (temperature) measurement mode.

Each input channel is capable of detecting open RTDs, input shorts, under-range, over-range, non-volatile memory storage faults, wiring faults and high/low alarms.

These faults and alarm conditions are reported to the host programmable logic controller (PLC) for integration.

The module has an update rate of 60 ms per channel at 210 Hz and 50 ms per channel at 230 Hz.

It is also fitted with an OK LED which indicates backplane power supplied to the module when green is lit and module failure when amber is lit.

The IC200ALG620 module is a 16-bit module manufactured by GE Fanuc. It is an analogue input module designed with 4 channels.

It provides 16-bit resolution. It runs on 5 volts and has an update rate of 210 ms.

It is equipped with LED indicators that help the user to know the different status of the module. It has FLD PWR LED and OK LED.

The GE Fanuc IC200CPUE05 is a VersaMAx controller module. The controller has a versatile design with 64 KB of configurable user memory.

It has one (1) RS232. one (1) RS485. and one (1) Ethernet communication port embedded.

The controller has a Boolean execution speed of 0.8 ms/K (typical) and supports up to 64 modules or 2048 I/O points.

About the IC200CPUE05

The GE Fanuc Versamax IC200CPUE05 CPU module is equipped with a supercapacitor capable of powering the memory for up to an hour.

There are run/stop switches in the module to control operations. the CPU is capable of handling floating-point data functions.

Applications 

EDS is a powerful tool that simplifies information management by consolidating data from disparate systems into a single source for remote monitoring and analysis.  

EDS delivers increased awareness of plant operations by securely connecting staff to near-real time and archived data, regardless of geographic location. Timely and accurate representation of plant performance enables more informed decision-making to enhance operations and streamline maintenance.  

For example, severe weather events pose many forms of danger to any industrial process site, which could require plant staff, both on and off duty, to quickly troubleshoot problems before they escalate. FAU810 Specifications

Each flame analysis unit consists of two independent channels. Each channel receives and processes one flame detector signal. The two detectors www.cniacs.com can be any combination of the following designs:

– SF810 Flame Scanning Head

– All DFS flame scanning heads

– Flame Rod (Ion Flame Monitoring)

Each detector can be independently configured via the FAU810 pushbutton and display, the Flame Explorer engineering tool or Profibus.

The FAU810 can be powered by a single or redundant 24 VDC power supply (+/- 20%).

The FAU810 has a built-in diode auction for power isolation.

Two digital input channels are available for remote parameter switching. One digital input per sensor.

IS220PSCAH1A I/O Block for Serial Modbus Communication

Product Description

The General Electric Serial Modbus Communication Interface Pack IS220PSCAH1A is an I/O block that

It has six configurable serial channels that support multiple ports. The ports used with the IS220PSCAH1A block are RS422. RS485 half-duplex, and RS232 ports.

The IS220PSCAH1A I/O block is used for serial Modbus communication. This kit was designed by General Electric for the Mark VIeS control system.

When the package is used, it provides an interface between up to two input/output Ethernet and a serial communications board.

The board has six individually configurable serial transceiver channels for use with RS485 half-duplex, RS232 and RS422 standards.

The inputs required to supply power www.cniacs.com to the PSCA block are sent through a three-pin power input and dual RJ45 Ethernet connectors.

There is a serial Modbus master service on the IS220PSCAH1A package with many different functions, some of which are listed below:
