About the IC695CPE305

The IC695CPE305 programmable automation controller (PAC) is part of the PACSystems RX3i automation platform.

The controller was manufactured by then GE Fanuc Automation (now Emerson Automation).

The IC695CPE305 has advanced features that are superior to most of today’s PACs.

The controller has the capability of Ethernet communication via one (1) Ethernet communication port.

The port supports 10/100 Mbps communication rates and can be used to communicate with programming workstations, Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.

The IC695CPE305 5MB RAM and 5MB non-volatile user memory has a processor speed of 1.1 GHz and a typical scan rate of 0.72 milliseconds per 1.000 Boolean instructions.

It supports a variety of network protocols such as Ethernet (PROFINET, Ethernet Global Data, Channel, Modbus TCP server and client),

Genius, PROFIBUS DP, and DeviceNet.The IC695CPE305 allows control of up to eight (8) racks, including CPU racks.

This controller supports the installation of additional communication cards that support Serial, Genius, CMX (Reflective Memory), and Ethernet.

This single-slot controller supports up to eight local racks.
