Honeywell TS120 LCBS Connect™ Wall Module

The LCBS Connect Wall Module is a Sylk bus

communicating device which is exclusively compatible

with the LCBS Connect controller. It contains integral

temperature and humidity sensors to control any given

space’s comfort. This device enables local controller

configuration through an easy-to-use touch screen

interface with menu driven selections. The wall module

communicates and is powered by the Sylk bus, so no

additional wiring is necessary.

The LCBS Connect™ controller and wall module

combination is designed to control constant volume

air handling units and heat pumps. With the embedded

control logic and integral temperature humidity sensors,

it controls the space temperature in a given zone by

regulating the heating and cooling equipment to deliver

conditioned air to that space. The LCBS Connect gateway

Honeywell TR20 REDUCED COSTS

REDUCED COSTS

The TR20 family of wireless sensors makes a huge impact on the

material and labor costs of every job, reducing them significantly.

The material costs are clear — you won’t need to keep buying wire

for every job, and you also won’t need to keep materials on hand

for patching walls and repairing trim damage. The savings in labor

are even more significant. All the time spent pulling wires, dealing

with unforeseen obstructions and more is gone. The sensors

are wireless. And the connection of the receiver to the controller

is painless. You’ll not only save time, but you’ll be able to add

business by taking on more jobs.

• No Field Configuration — The sensor and receiver are

shipped together as a kit, so you never have to worry about

having the wrong pairing. Just in case, dip switches let you pair

any sensor to any receiver.

• Easy Installation — Just put up the wall module and wire

the receiver to the controller, and communication starts

automatically.

• Signal Strength Indicator — An LED indicator on the sensor

lets you know immediately if the RF signal is strong, eliminating

guesswork.

• Up To 7.5-Year Battery Life — Lowers your maintenance

costs. (7.5 years with Lithium, 5 years with Alkaline, provided)

Choosing the perfect Honeywell controller for the application

won’t be a problem, because the TR20 family works with just

about everything:

– All Spyder controllers

– Excel 10 W7750. W7751. W7752 and W7753 controllers

– T7350. T7351 thermostats

– Other various non-Honeywell controllers

– Does not work with TB8220. TB7220 thermostats or XL15

• Inventory Savings — Because of the compatibility, just two

kits take care of nearly all your wireless sensor needs.

• Excellent Range — With a typical range of 100 feet and an

open air range of 3.000 feet, the TR20 family will work perfectly

for most applications.

• Application Flexibility — In addition to controller compatibility,

you’ll also have the flexibility of choosing sensor-only or override

and push button models.

Honeywell TR20 Wireless Sensors

Enjoy reduced labor and material costs when you go wireless with Honeywell TR20

wireless sensors. In both new and retrofit applications, the TR20 family integrates

seamlessly with a wide range of controllers, adding fully programmable building

automation control — without the hassles and costs of wires and conduits. Labor

time is greatly reduced, and sensor relocation is now a breeze. From vintage hotels

and historical buildings to modern office facilities, the point-to-point solution of TR20

wireless wall modules provides precision control that saves costs while preserving

the building’s appearance.

Add the point-to-point solution of TR20 wireless wall modules

and receivers to the flexible programming of many Honeywell

controllers, and you’ll meet the demand for energy-efficient,

accurate control without the time and cost of wiring. You’ll

save time and money while improving performance, and that’s

outstanding for everyone’s bottom line.

ABB L&W Bending Tester Ease of operation

Ease of operation

L&W Bending Tester is easy to use with a large touchscreen interface

and intuitive menus, saving operator time and effort. Operators can

quickly change settings from the screen, with correct authorization.

It provides easy calibration and simple instrument check with included

check plate and gives a quick overview of  results for an entire series.

The bending curve with break angle/force in dication allows quick analysis

of the test to identify any erroneous measurements.

Operation is automated once the operator hits start. First, the instrument

is connected to power and pressurized air, and the operator selects either

a standard or pre-set, custom program. The pre cisely cut test piece can

be easily loaded in the measuring clamps and correctly aligned with the

loadcell with the help of sample support.

The operator simply places the test piece inside the clamp with one hand,

while the other hand starts operation with the  ergonomically placed start

button. The clamps are automatically closed with fixed pressure for precise

measurement.

Bending length detection ensures that the bending length selected in program

settings matches the manually set bending length, or otherwise warns the

operator with an error message.

ABB L&W ZD Tensile Tester

Even strength within specifications and across the reel width

L&W ZD Tensile Tester measures internal bond strength – or Z-direction (ZD)

tensile forces – of paper and multi-layered paper products, such as linerboard

and box board. The tester uses an automated method and you obtain fast

and reliable measurement values, which make it possible to achieve uniform

strength across the reel width. All in compliance with customer specifications,

as well as in accordance with applicable standards (ISO, TAPPI, SCAN).

Full control of the internal bond strength, is particularly important in the

production of multi-layered paper products. Low or unevenly distributed

internal bond strength can cause material splitting in an offset press with

sticky printing ink. In the creasing or scoring operation of boxboard the

material should delaminate “just enough”. Otherwise after folding there

will be poor folding lines or cracks in the outer layer. Internal bond strength

tests can predict this.

Enough internal bond strength is also needed in heat-set web offset printing

of highly coated paper. Otherwise blistering will occur when moisture will try

to escape during the heating process. Too high internal bond strength impedes

the creasing of the boxboard and high values also mean a waste of raw material

and energy. In other words, the aim is to achieve an even strength within

specifications and across the reel width. L&W ZD Tensile Tester can achieve this.
