Durch den Einsatz der 11. Generation von Intel Core

Prozessoren setzt die OT1300-Serie neue Maßstäbe. Per

formance-Engpässe bei Anwendungsprogrammen gehören

Mit Windows 10 IoT Enterprise kommt ein industrietaugli

ches Embedded-Betriebssystem zum Einsatz. Im Ausliefe

rungszustand ist alles für den reibungslosen Betrieb einer

Web-Visualisierung wie atvise® vorbereitet. Die Installation

The Moog Broad Reach Gimbal Control Electronics (GCE) system controls and

drives two types of dual axis redundant actuators. The system contains two

primary and two redundant motor drive outputs. These motor drive outputs

control and drive small, three phase Wye, six state, and permanent-magnet

actuators. The GCE contains two primary and redundant incremental encoder

interface circuits. The GCE communicates with the spacecraft via a dual redundant

MIL-STD-1553B bus. The spacecraft provides the 31VDC nominal voltage and

the side enable pulsed discretes. The GCE assembly consists of two identical

Controllers circuit boards, two identical Motor Driver circuit boards, two identical

DC to DC converters boards, two Backplane boards and the chassis.

The GCE implements programmable micro-stepping to reduce jitter in increments

of 1.2.4.8.16.32 or 64 micro steps/cardinal-steps. Current in all phases driven as a

sinusoid for smooth movement. Optical encoder feedback is provided but not

required to command motor movements. Positional feedback, detection of skipped

steps, and state of health (SOH) current for each motor along with 8 variable

power settings per motor are implemented.

Moog Gimbal Control Electronics (GCE)

The high-reliability Gimbal Control Electronics System controls the motion of two

or more motors, such as used in solar array actuators and antenna gimbals.

Das Web Terminal OT1200 ist maßgeschneidert für kleine

und mittlere Web-Visualisierungen, z. B. mit atvise®. Die

brillanten Displays glänzen mit hoher Helligkeit, starken

Farben und sehr weiten Blickwinkeln. Die modernen

Widescreen-Diagonalen (7″, 10.1″, 12.1″, 15.6″) überzeugen

mit hohen Auflösungen und bieten bei 15.6″ bereits Full

HD-Qualität. Die Display-Lebensdauer (Zeit bis zur halben

Helligkeit) größer 50 000 Betriebsstunden liegt im Pre

mium-Segment.

Die Bedienung erfolgt standardmäßig über projektiv-kapa

zitiv Multi-Touch (PCAP) und ermöglicht die Verwendung

von Multi-Touch-Gesten (z. B. pinch-to-zoom, wischen,

Zweihand-Bedienung). Die anspruchsvoll wirkende Ober

fläche aus gehärtetem Glas ist einfach zu reinigen. Eine

lange Lebensdauer und Verfügbarkeit werden wie gewohnt

durch den Einsatz ausschließlich industrieller Bauteile

Browser unterbunden. Damit ist im Feld ausschließlich frei

gegebene Software im Einsatz und ungewollte Stillstands

zeiten werden auf ein Minimum gesenkt.

Bachmann OT1200 Features

The Linux system (based on Debian) provides an easy to

use, webbased configuration tool. Configuration settings

can be changed directly on the device or remote via

browser. The system software includes further useful serv

ices, e.g. SSH, NTP, VNC, as well as a Web-API for secure

hardware access. The API can be used to react to hardware

keys, control LEDs and display brightness, and much more.

We will gladly supply your required software configuration

direct from the factory: unpack, connect, done.

The specifications and interfaces of the OT1200 web ter

minal make it the ideal choice for small and medium web

visualizations, such as atvise®. Brilliant displays with high

brightness, strong colors, very good viewing angles and a

long service life make a lasting impression. The modern

widescreen diagonals (7″, 10.1″, 12.1″, 15.6″) offer high res

olutions, e.g. 15.6″ with Full-HD. The display lifetime (half

brightness) of over 50 000 hours lies within the premium

segment.

User input via projected capacitive (PCAP) multi

touchscreens allows the use of multi-touch-gestures (e.g.

pinch-to-zoom, swipe, two-hand operation). The visually

appealing, hardened glass surface is easy to clean. The

exclusive use of industrial components guarantees a long

service lifespan and availability. Permanently soldered RAM

and eMMC memories, as well as the absence of any moving

parts, ensure maximum resistance to shock and vibration.

High temperature ranges of up to +60 °C allow operation

under harsh environments.

The pre-installed browser is designed for industrial applica

tions. An integrated onscreen-keyboard enables convenient

user input and reduces development efforts. Unwanted,

automatic updates are prohibited by the browser. This
