Each M-2980A enclosure can be configured with the optional support 

equipment to match the existing control application and environment

or supplied completely empty. See the Optional Equipment

Beckwith Electric M-6283A Three Phase Digital Capacitor Bank Control

The Beckwith Electric M-6283A Three Phase Digital Capacitor Bank Control

is a three phase sensing and ganged or optional independent phase

operation complete solution designed for remote capacitor automation,

monitoring, and protection for high voltage utility distribution systems.

It is a universal control offering automatic Voltage, VAr, Current, Time

(seasonality) or Temperature operation with programmable voltage override.

It has full three phase voltage and current sensing and is compatible with

traditional VTs, line post sensors, and multi‑core LPS.

The optional M-2980A Control cabinet offers a wide range of Pole top

mounting options and accessories for communication hardware.

The Beckwith Electric M-6280A Digital Capacitor Bank Control is single sensing

gang operated a complete solution designed for remote capacitor automation,

monitoring, and protection for utility distribution systems.

It is a universal control offering automatic Voltage, VAr, Current, Time

(seasonality) or Temperature operation with programmable voltage override.

The M-6280Aoffers multiple communication options – Fiber of RJ45 Ethernet,

Fiber optic, RS485. RS232. Bluetooth, and supports DNP3 and Modbus protocols.

It has data logging capability with continuous recording. Logged data is stored

in non-volatile memory, requiring no battery backup.

Beckwith Electric M-4272 Digital Motor Bus Transfer System

The M-4272 Digital Motor Bus Transfer system provides automatic and manual

 transfers of motor bus systems in power plants and industrial processing plants,

to ensure process continuity. For any critical application in which losing power

is unacceptable, the M-4272 seamlessly handles transfer to backup power sources.

It automatically selects fast, in-phase, residual voltage, and fixed time motor bus

transfers, based on system conditions.

It is applicable for both one way and bi-directional manual and automatic transfers

and can be expanded to accommodate multiple breaker configurations.

The guaranteed minimum frequency difference for operation is 0.0005 Hz; however, typical units consistently

operate with frequency differences of 0.0001 Hz.
