DEIF AGC 150 Hybrid Advanced Genset Controller

AGC 150 Hybrid

Advanced Genset Controller

The AGC 150 Hybrid comes with all the necessary functions for protection

and control of a hybrid installation with PV and genset.

The controller is ideal for small and medium PV plants with up to 16 inverters, e.g. rooftop PV plants.

The AGC 150 Hybrid is designed for protection and control of a hybrid installation with PV energy and

genset.

The AGC 150 Hybrid comes with all the necessary functions for protection

and control of a hybrid installation with PV and genset.

The controller is ideal for small and medium PV plants with up to 16 inverters, e.g. rooftop PV plants.

When mounted on the genset, the AGC 150 Hybrid controls the PV power

and functions as a dedicated hybrid controller. The AGC 150 can also be applied

as a stand-alone controller, interlinking the PV inverters and genset controller.

The AGC 150 Hybrid controls up to 2 gensets for synchronising or non-synchronising projects,

in island or parallel to the mains modes. The AGC 150 Hybrid handles the power production

from the PV inverters and genset to give the highest PV penetration and the lowest CO2 emission.

To ensure a sufficient minimum genset load, the AGC 150 Hybrid supports the load

with PV power in a safe an and reliable way.

DEIF AGC 150 PMS Easy to mount, easy to use

Quick configuration and complete overview

You can configure your plant from the display without needing a PC with utility software.

Interconnected AGC 150 PMS Lite devices use CAN bus connections to automatically

detect each other and assign IDs. When the plant is running, gensets are started or

stopped according to the load and priority, and they share the load equally.

You can see the total available and consumed power, along with operating

information for all gensets in the plant.

Easy to mount, easy to use

The AGC 150 PMS Lite offers a wide selection of configurable inputs and outputs.

The IP65 certified front-mounted controller is easy to mount, and easy to use

thanks to its graphical display unit available in 11 languages.

You can monitor and control the exhaust after-treatment system from the display.

AGC 150 PMS Lite controllers are not compatible with other AGC 150 variants,

but you can augment your plant design with products including Insight remote monitoring,

DVC 350 digital voltage controllers, and AOP additional operator panels.

DEIF AGC 150 PMS Lite Simple power management controller

With the AGC 150 PMS Lite, you can quickly configure simple power management systems

with up to 127 gensets. Designed for off-grid plants, the robust controller protects

and controls a genset and the genset breaker, and it can operate in temperatures

from -40 to +70 °C (-40 to +158 °F). It is compatible with a wide range of ECUs

and engines and meets Tier 4 (Final)/Stage V requirements.

AGC 150 – Advanced Genset Controller

Easy setup

Gensets connected via CAN bus are easily set up for parallel operation

as the controllers automatically detect each other at the CAN network.

If you at a later stage connect more gensets, the controller automatically

identifies and connects them via CAN bus, and application configuration is possible via the display.

Easy and safe to use

Get access to important genset information quickly via the sunlight readable LCD.

The controller features illuminated buttons that smoothly guide the operator

Built to last – also in green energy applications

The AGC 150 comes with uncompromising quality. The controller is made of

robust materials and is built to last. It has undergone several tests showing

that it stands wear and tear in all types of harsh environments.

Also, the controller is suitable for PV-Diesel hybrid solutions and also meets Tier 4 Final requirements

DEIF AGC 150 Generator Advanced Genset Controller

The AGC 150 Genset controller containing all necessary functions for

control and protection of a genset. The slim design makes the genset controller

suitable for paralleling even small gensets thus the AGC 150 is integrable in nearly all types of gensets.

DEIF AGC 150 Remote Display

With the AGC 150 Remote Display unit, you can access and control any

master controller in the AGC 150 series over the local network.

This provides fast incident response and operational convenience.

The AGC 150 Remote Display acts as a mirror of the master controller

in your application, providing remote access and control for any master controller

in the AGC 150 series over the local network.

It enables fast operator response to operational incidents and convenient access

to all controller parameters from a secondary location.

The unit is ideal for central control rooms and for providing easy access to controllers

in hard-to-reach locations, for example controllers mounted in canopies or

containers that are stacked on top of each other and out of reach.

Same features as the master controller

The AGC 150 Remote Display gives you access to all of the features in the master

controller it is linked to, making remote configuration of controller parameters

as easy as using the master controller itself. The user-friendly display and menu

structure in 8 languages is the same as the rest of the AGC 150 series.

Configuration changes performed on the AGC 150 Remote Display are immediately

eflected on the master controller, and vice versa.

DEIF MVR-250 series Medium Voltage Relay

General description

The MVR-200 series provides optimal performance for medium-

and high-voltage protection, control, measurement, and

monitoring of applications.

The MVR is designed for use as stand-alone protection and

measuring unit or as a component in larger applications,

connected through IEC 61850 GOOSE messages in three-phase

electrical power networks that require marine approval.

The MVR wide frequency tracking algorithm ensures stable

measurement and protection from 6 to 75 Hz, where variable

frequency is present, such as marine applications and generators

running in island mode.

The MVR measures and calculates values for AC voltage, AC

current, active/reactive power, power factor, frequency, THD and

harmonics (up to 31st). All values can be seen on the display.

A 5 ms scan time ensures that faults are quickly registered.

A 64 samples/cycle fault record function measures data for up to

100 faults for 10 seconds each. This function can be configured

to create records before the error, making it easier to understand

the causes of the error and prevent it from re-occurring.
