Das Web Terminal OT1200 ist maßgeschneidert für kleine

und mittlere Web-Visualisierungen, z. B. mit atvise®. Die

brillanten Displays glänzen mit hoher Helligkeit, starken

Farben und sehr weiten Blickwinkeln. Die modernen

Widescreen-Diagonalen (7″, 10.1″, 12.1″, 15.6″) überzeugen

mit hohen Auflösungen und bieten bei 15.6″ bereits Full

HD-Qualität. Die Display-Lebensdauer (Zeit bis zur halben

Helligkeit) größer 50 000 Betriebsstunden liegt im Pre

mium-Segment.

Die Bedienung erfolgt standardmäßig über projektiv-kapa

zitiv Multi-Touch (PCAP) und ermöglicht die Verwendung

von Multi-Touch-Gesten (z. B. pinch-to-zoom, wischen,

Zweihand-Bedienung). Die anspruchsvoll wirkende Ober

fläche aus gehärtetem Glas ist einfach zu reinigen. Eine

lange Lebensdauer und Verfügbarkeit werden wie gewohnt

durch den Einsatz ausschließlich industrieller Bauteile

garantiert. Fest verlötete RAM- und eMMC-Speicher sowie

Der vorinstallierte Browser ist für den industriellen Einsatz

auf Bediengeräten konzipiert. Die im Browser integrierte

OnScreen-Tastatur bietet eine bequeme Eingabemöglich

keit und reduziert den Aufwand in der Applikationsent

wicklung. Ungewollte automatische Updates werden vom

Browser unterbunden. Damit ist im Feld ausschließlich frei

gegebene Software im Einsatz und ungewollte Stillstands

zeiten werden auf ein Minimum gesenkt.

Bachmann OT1200 Features

The Linux system (based on Debian) provides an easy to

use, webbased configuration tool. Configuration settings

can be changed directly on the device or remote via

browser. The system software includes further useful serv

ices, e.g. SSH, NTP, VNC, as well as a Web-API for secure

hardware access. The API can be used to react to hardware

keys, control LEDs and display brightness, and much more.

We will gladly supply your required software configuration

direct from the factory: unpack, connect, done.

The specifications and interfaces of the OT1200 web ter

minal make it the ideal choice for small and medium web

visualizations, such as atvise®. Brilliant displays with high

brightness, strong colors, very good viewing angles and a

long service life make a lasting impression. The modern

widescreen diagonals (7″, 10.1″, 12.1″, 15.6″) offer high res

olutions, e.g. 15.6″ with Full-HD. The display lifetime (half

brightness) of over 50 000 hours lies within the premium

segment.

User input via projected capacitive (PCAP) multi

touchscreens allows the use of multi-touch-gestures (e.g.

pinch-to-zoom, swipe, two-hand operation). The visually

appealing, hardened glass surface is easy to clean. The

exclusive use of industrial components guarantees a long

service lifespan and availability. Permanently soldered RAM

and eMMC memories, as well as the absence of any moving

parts, ensure maximum resistance to shock and vibration.

High temperature ranges of up to +60 °C allow operation

under harsh environments.

The pre-installed browser is designed for industrial applica

tions. An integrated onscreen-keyboard enables convenient

user input and reduces development efforts. Unwanted,

automatic updates are prohibited by the browser. This

ensures that only released software is used in the field,

reducing downtime to a minimum.

The operator terminals of the OT1300 series are a combi

nation of state-of-the-art technology, flexibility, long-term

availability and contemporary design. The large selection of

screen diagonals, performance classes and mass storage

options ensures an optimum price performance ratio.

Through the use of the 11th generation of Intel Core pro

cessors the OT1300 Series sets new standards. Perform

ance bottlenecks in application programs are now a thing

of the past.

An industrially robust embedded operating system is pro

vided in the form of Windows 10 IoT Enterprise. The

units are supplied as standard with everything required

for trouble-free operation of a web visualization software

such as atvise®. Installation can be adapted individually to

customer requirements and can be factory shipped already

preconfigured to ensure efficient commissioning.

The latest devices of the OT1300 product series with

projected capacitive multi-touch operation stand out on

account of their new design and brilliant full HD display

The PPC1200 ECO series panel PCs are ideal for compact web visualizations. The brilliant displays impress with exceptional brightness, intense color reproduction, and very wide viewing angles. The modern widescreen displays, available in sizes 7″, 10.1″, 12.1″ and 15.6″ deliver high resolutions – the 15.6″ display already offers Full HD. The panel PCs achieve an impressive service life of more than 50 000 operating hours.

Operation is performed using a projected capacitive multi‑touch (PCAP) interface as standard, supporting modern interaction gestures such as pinch‑to‑zoom, swiping, and two‑hand operation. The high‑quality front made of hardened glass not only provides an elegant appearance but is also especially easy to maintain. The consistent use of industrial components ensures long service life and maximum availability. Soldered RAM and eMMC storage, combined with the absence of moving parts, ensure maximum robustness against shock and vibration. The wide operating temperature range from 0 °C to +60 °C allows reliable use even in demanding environmental conditions.

Bachmann Panel PCs The optimum operator terminal for every application

Bachmann Panel PCs have been specially developed for industrial applications where reliability, performance reserves, and integration flexibility are crucial. Their robust design enables dependable operation in harsh environmental conditions – from production halls with dusty atmospheres to heavily vibrating machinery and decentralized energy-generation facilities with challenging climatic conditions. The fanless architecture reduces maintenance requirements and minimizes the risk of failure, as no moving parts are needed for cooling.

Panel PCs serve as the central interface between operating personnel, the automation system, and the process. This role requires not only a large, clearly structured process display but also an intuitive user interface. The platform demands high computing power and graphics performance for smooth animations and responsive command execution. At the same time, these operator devices often perform more than this core task – acting as universal IPCs that, in addition to visualization, can assume various other roles such as a security gateway, data concentrator, or engineering station.

Prosoft PLX31-EIP-MBS EtherNet/IP™ to Modbus® Serial Communication Gateway

ProSoft Technology’s EtherNet/IP™ to Modbus® Serial communication gateway

allows high-speed bi-directional data transfers between EtherNet/IP™ PACs or

devices and Modbus®-enabled PACs or devices.

EtherNet/IP™ PACs include Rockwell Automation® ControlLogix® and

CompactLogix™, as well as several Schneider Electric® controllers. Modbus® Serial

devices are widely used in nearly every industry and include SCADA systems and

Power Monitors.

The gateway includes several features that allow for simplified integration, reduced

commissioning time and optimized performance.

Prosoft PLX31-EIP-MBS4 EtherNet/IP to Modbus Serial 4 Port

The EtherNet/IP® to Modbus Serial gateway offers bi-directional data transfers

between Modbus Serial and the EtherNet/IP network. Our EtherNet/IP Driver 

uses Class 1 I/O connections and/or Class 3 Message instructions.

Protocol conversion gateways are the ideal solution for distributed networks

when adding a remote rack becomes too costly.

The PLX31-EIP-MBS4 gateways are stand-alone DIN-rail mounted gateways

that provide one Ethernet port for communication, allowing for remote 

configuration and diagnostics, and up to four (4) serial communication ports.

The PLX30 gateways also come with an SD Card slot (SD card optional) for

storing configuration files. In the event of a failure the SD card can be

transferred to another gateway reducing downtime. These gateways also

come with a wide input power range (10 Vdc – 36 Vdc), and an extended

temperature range (-25°C to 70°C ). The PLX30 gateways include all the

necessary cables required for communication.
