– parameterization instead of programming.

As a single or double axis, the i750 cabinet with a matching

supplier fits seamlessly into the Lenze automation system. 

The strengths of the inverter become apparent in numerous

Application Software Toolbox. The scalable range of hardware,

software, engineering services, and digital services supports the

realization of integrated automation systems from the cloud to

LENZE i700 cabinet servo inverterv

The i700 cabinet servo inverter is suitable for dynamic motion control

and multi-axis applications. The interconnected system of single or

double axis devices, in combination with the appropriate supplier and

our controllers, is the right choice for automation applications.

Our controllers, such as the c520. can be used to conveniently solve

almost all control tasks for coordinated movement of multiple axes

with high dynamics. Thus, modern and modular machine controls can

be implemented based on our software modules.

the i700 cabinet servo inverter in the range from 22 to 110 kW.

LENZE i650 motec frequency inverter

The i650 motec frequency inverter for wall mounting and motor mounting

in protection class IP66 (UL Type 4X indoor) is the optimal decentralized

drive solution. The inverter can be extended for universal use with an

extension box with disconnect switch with/without Type E combination

motor controller and operating elements.

The i650 motec frequency inverter stands out from the i550 motec due to

its extended range of functions: For simple automation tasks, a logic PLC

based on CODESYS in accordance with the IEC 61131-3 standard is

integrated in the i650 motec. Table positioning is available for the realization

of independent axes and machine modules. The “Extended Safety“ option

(safety technology with various functions) rounds off the overall package.

i550 protec frequency inverter

The award-winning i550 protec frequency inverter uses the same

tried-and-tested technology used in our control cabinet inverters.

It only differs in terms of a higher degree of housing protection 

and an adapted design. If there is not enough space in the control

cabinet or the inverter has to be mounted close to the motor in

various machine modules, then this versatile and reliable device

is the right solution. Thanks to the extension box, a disconnect

switch and operating elements can be used.

User-oriented connection technique

The “internals” of the I/O system are also user friendly down to the

last detail: the I/O compound module, consisting of terminal block

with backplane bus connection and electronics protected against

polarity reversal, has a modular structure. This allows a defective

electronic module to changed when maintenance work needs to be

performed without the wiring from the base module having to be

tionlevelalsooffersadvantages,includingtensionspringconnection
