Honeywell PRO4200 Series of access modules

The PRO4200 Series of access modules are designed to accommodate various

mounting options. Units can be mounted in a rack configuration (PRO22ENC1.

PRO22ENC2 and PRO22E C5) when space is limited, or in a tile mount configuration

(PRO22ENC3).

•  The PRO22ENC1 is a wall-mounted enclosure rack unit (See picture)

•  The PRO22ENC2 is a 19” rack-mounted enclosure rack unit

•  The PRO22ENC5 is a rack unit which fits inside a customer’s enclosure

* The new PRO42IC Intelligent Controller provides I/O support for up to 2 doors

with a maximum of 2 OSDP readers per door or 1 Wiegand reader per door.

The PRO42R1 provides I/O support for up to 1 door and the PRO42R2 supports

up to 2 doors.

The PRO42R1 and PRO42R2 will support a maximum of 2 OSDP readers per door

or 1 Wiegand reader per door.

Honeywell PRO4200 modules provide latest bi-directional

PRO4200 modules provide latest bi-directional and strong encrypted OSDP

communication with the Access Control readers. For legacy and retrofit

installations, Wiegand format is still supported.

The PRO42OUT interfaces provide up to 16.

Form C, 30 VDC, 2A relay output controls depending if the board is rack or

tile-mounted, power fail and panel tamper when tile mounted.

Relays may be used for elevator control, status annunciation and for general

facility control, such as door monitoring.

The PRO42IN interfaces provide 16 supervised alarm inputs and a dedicated

power fail and panel tamper when tile mounted. An analog to digital converter

samples the input values and the digitized result is filtered and processed.

Filter parameters are configurable for each input point, resulting in the ability

to specify a custom End-Of-Line (EOL) resistance value, sensitivity range and

timing parameter.

Honeywell PRO4200 professional series family of access control modules

The PRO4200 professional series family of access control modules is

designed for high density installations.

The PRO4200 professional series can be managed through WIN-PAK®

integrated security suite for more advanced features such as Video

integration, advance reporting, rules and photo badging, elevato

control , touch-less access and mobile credential management.

Supporting up to 18 doors per enclosure and 34 doors per intelligent

controller along with up to 100.000 card capacity, PRO4200 Series

provide a combination of small installation footprint and superior cost

per door ratio.

The new PRO42IC Intelligent Controller provides I/O support for 2 doors

in WIN-PAK 4.9 or higher *. The PRO42R1 provides I/O support for one

card access reader, while the PRO42R2 support two card access readers.

Both interface with the intelligent control module (PRO42IC). In the event

that communication to the intelligent control module is lost, the card

access readers be individually configured to allow entrance based on

security needs. This customization allow or a be configured as secured,

locked and unlocked.

Honeywell The PUC16000-EM2 and PUC00016-EM2 expansion modules

The PUC16000-EM2 and PUC00016-EM2 expansion modules are compatible with Honeywell’s existing

PUC/PEC series controllers,ensuring seamless system upgrades and expansions by users, protecting

investments, and ensuring long-term reliability and performance of the system.

The product is designed in a rail mounted manner, to ensure that the product can be easily installed

on standard DIN rail. The produc is flexible and convenient and is particularly suitable for scenarios

that require high modularity and maintainability.

The PUC16000-EM2 and PUC00016-EM2 expansion modules are used together with an Ethernet controller.

The overall concept is to improve the design and configuration eficiency of basement ventilation, water

supply and drainage,floor fresh air units, circuit lighting, multi-parameter sensors, and power metering,

effectively respond to complex building automation needs, achieve refined management,improve energy

efficiency, and save costs.

Honeywell Programmable Unitary Controller Expansion Module

The programmable unitary controller expansion module supports Ethernet communication network

controller, and is ued to expand system capacity, to meet the management requirements of more

input/output devices,greatly improve system efficiency, and better protect users’ overall investment.

The family-based system design enables the expansion module and controller to be freely

programmable with the same programming tools and flexibly and widely applied to the control

ofintelligent building equipment accordingly.

The PUC16000-EM2 and PUC00016-EM2 expansion modules are designed for the full life cycle of

intelligent building automation system, including the design phase, installation and commissioning

phase, and post-maintenance phase, to ensure optimal support for each link and achieve efficient

operation and long-term stability of the entire system.

The PUC16000-EM2 universal input expansion module has a 16-bit resolution and provides a higher

monitoring accuracy to ensure detailed and accurate system response.

The design of PUC16000-EM2 and PUC00016-EM2 expansion modules covers the maintenance and

Honeywell PUC5533-PB2 PUC6002-PB2 PROGRAMMABLE BACnet UNITARY CONTROLLER PUC SERIES

Honeywell PUC series programmable unitary controllers support BACnet MS/TP

communication protocol. This PUC series DDC controllers are available in two

models: PUC5533-PB2 and PUC6002-PB2.The hardware design of the controllers

integrate with the elements of Honeywell’s user experience, which embodies the

essence of people-oriented concept no matter from appearance or usage.

Both controllers are compatible with Honeywell’s existing systems,

free programmable by using the same programming tools, and are widely used to

control a variety of electromechanical devices in buildings.

Multibus II boards are available in two Eurocard board sizes:

• Single: height 3 U1) (5.25 ” or 133.35 mm), depth 8.66 ” or 220 mm

• Double: height 6 U (10.5 ” or 266.70 mm), depth 8.66 ” or 220 mm

The double size is most spread. The ibaLink-MBII-io has the double size too.

The backplane connectors are designed in compliance with DIN 41612.

In the early 1980s some manufacturers build a consortium together with Intel in order to

improve and standardize a bus architecture “Multibus II” which is based on Multibus I.

The new system should offer the following key features:

• Eurocard board sizes and DIN-connectors

• self-test capability

• software jumpers for configuration

• fast 32-bit bus

• functional partitioning (using LAN concepts)

• reliability

• inter-operability

These properties were defined 1987 in the standard IEEE 1296 as Multibus II-standard.

Definition

The standard IEEE 1296 describes the function of Multibus II as follows (abstract):

MULTIBUS II is parallel system bus (PSB). It provides a high-performance backplane bus

intended for use in multiple processor systems, with synchronous, 32-bit multiplexed ad

dress/data, with error detection, using a 10 MHz bus clock. The bus performance is

approx. 32 to 40 MByte/s. Current systems offer up to 80 MByte/s.
