Honeywell Optimizer Advanced Controllers are a family of next generation

integration & plant controllers incorporating the Niagara framework & powered

by an IMX8 64bit quad-core processor. The IP devices are freely programmable,

with a dedicated suite of I/O modules providing extremely flexible control options.

Using the power of Niagara they provide both Ethernet & Serial integration options

and are native BACnetTM Building Controllers (B-BC). The Advanced Controller is

an ISA/IEC 62443-4-2 SL2 Certified Component

device ensuring the device supports cyber security best practice. The Advanced 

Controller includes models with WIFI which provides significant advantages by

Honeywell CPO-PLANT Controller area of the site

ComfortPoint™ Open is a fully programmable BACnet Building Controller (B-BC)

that works natively with CPO-Studio and supports AHU, RTU and Central Plant

applications.

The ComfortPoint Open plant controller family is designed to provide performance

and flexibility across modern building systems. The CPO PC200. PC400 and PC410

models deliver reliable dual-core processing, while the CPO PC500 features a

quad-core processor designed to support high processing capacity and advanced

ComfortPoint™ Open solution fully programable BACnet-Building Controller

(B-BC) for AHU, RTU and Central Plant applications, CPO-Studio compatible

The ComfortPoint™ Open (CPO) Plant Controller family is powered with a

dual-core, 32-bit processor in the CPO-PC200/400/410 models, and a higher

performance quad-core pro-cessor in the CPO-PC500 model. These plant

controllers are Ethernet-based, freely program-mable, and native BACnet®

Building Controller (B-BC).

The CPO plant controllers are designed for a wide variety of complex applications.

The CPO-PC500 device features three RS485 channels, two Ethernet ports for

BACnet IP devices, an RJ11 interface for HMI device, and Touchflakes to connect

and expand with multiple IOs without manual wiring.

ComfortPoint Open Studio allows users to add/delete/modify

expansion boards and IO Assignment.

Addressing

Addressing of CP-EXPIO is done via onboard HEX Switch.

The address can be between 1 through 15. For firmware 2.1

and later the address can be selected between 0 through 15.

Firmware Upgrade

Firmware on the CP-EXPIO can be easily upgraded using

ComfortPoint Open Online.
