Short description

The Safe Wireless products KeTop T150 in portrait format

and T155 in landscape format combine user experiences

from the high-end smartphone world, such as connectivity

and multi-touch use, with safe machine operation. With the

Safe Wireless models, you can achieve safe operation with

out restrictions.

Any (safety) control system can be used with the basic

version due to discrete safety outputs. Even retrofit solutions

can be implemented in this way.

The robust Bluetooth connection for communicating safety

data guarantees maximum availability and thus uninter rupted

operation. Optional operating area monitoring prevents oper

ation in areas that are no longer visible, even though a  radio

connection still exists. Thanks to Windows, a capacitive

touchscreen, and optional HMI software, all possibilities are

open for integration.

The KeTop T200 mobile terminal features an ergonomic

housing with a brilliant, HD-capable display. Fast pro

cessors allow sophisticated visualization and operating

applications. With integrated safety elements, PC-level

performance and Windows 10 IoT, it is a fully-fledged

replacement for stationary panels. Unique features, such

as performance that grows with the application and an

additional optional keyboard on the back of the housing

make the KeTop T200 a long-term and versatile hand

held terminal.

Mobile PC performance with investment protection

The modular design of the KeTop T200 enables easy pro

cessor upgrade for later performance adjustments, which

ensures an increase in computing power for future tasks with

increased software requirements. For this purpose, neither

an adaptation of the visualization and software solutions is

needed, nor is it necessary to interfere with the machine con

cept.

The cost-effective replacement for stationary panels

For the efficient operation of larger machines, it is often ne

cessary to have several stationary terminals at different locations.

With the powerful KeTop T200. these stationary panels

can be replaced by a single mobile one. An optional bracket

allows mounting at any desired operating point of the machi

ne, allowing it to be operated with KeTop T200 like with a fixed

panel. For inputs at other points on the machine, the operator

simply takes it with him directly to the place where the action

takes place. Existing stationary KeView visualizations can be

reused. With a combined use of stationary and mobile panels,

the visualization can be adapted for universal use in a single

step.

Short description

The KeTop T15x features a capacitative touchscreen with real multitouch opera

bility, which facilitates intuitive use, maximum ergonomics, and the best possible

user experience. In spite of a display size of 10 inches, the KeTop T15x is a real

lightweight.

The KeTop T15x features a modular design. Switching to newer processor tech

nologies due to increasing application requirements is quick and easy. Depen

ding on the requirements, KeTop T15x is available with Windows 10 IoT Enterpri

se 2016 LTSB or Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 2021 LTSC. Optional features, such

as energy storage and RFID, make many additional usage scenarios possible.

Ergonomic operation

The design of the KeTop T15x allows narrow edges, which reduced the required housing

volume. This resulted in a particularly light-weight device with unchanged robustness.

An improved ergonomic position of the enabling switch enables both left- and right-handed

users to operate the device for a long time without fatigue and thus without errors.

Reliable investment protection

User interfaces must be fast and fluid. In order to meet future requirements, the KeTop T15x

has a modular design. This enables a simple and fast changeover to newer processor technologies.

Performance drops when expanding the visualization applications are now a thing of the past.

Open for all applications

Depending on the respective requirements, the KeTop T15x offers a choice between the operating

systems Linux and Windows IoT Enterprise. Out-of-the-box remote or browser operation is of 

course also possible. Based on the operating systems, KEBA offers different software solutions for

the project planning of applications, tailored to the respective requirements.

High-end user experience

Many years of experience with stationary high-end multi-touch screens and mobile

operating devices enabled the realization of a perfect user experience with the KeTop

T15x.

In the process, demanding EMC guidelines were adhered to and the challenges of hard

industrial environments were taken into account. Reaction times and sensitivity do not

have to lead to compromises in any situation. The touchboosters technology leads to

the best user experience. Even glove operation is possible.

A new optical bonding process in this segment eliminates optical refraction. 

This leads to a further significant improvement in brilliance and brightness.

The elimination of parallax errors results in the most precise operation and smaller

buttons can be hit exactly.

Multitalented individualization

The KeTop T15x has the customizing options that have been proven with other KEBA products.

This means that individual devices can be optimally adapted to the respective application and

design requirements.

User experience at the highest level

The KeTop T150 in portrait format and the KeTop T155 in landscape format

have a capacitive touch screen that can be operated as a real multi-touch

and thus score points with intuitive operability, highest ergonomics and best

user experience. High-end device operation familiar from everyday use is now

also possible in tough industrial environments.

According to the desired requirements, KeTop T15x is available with Linux and

Windows IoT Enterprise. Optional features such as energy storage and RFID,

among others, allow for additional versatile application scenarios.

State-of-the-art optics and best ergonomics

The plain, joint-free installation of the KeTop T70 display

allows best user experience – even with frequent changes

between touch display and keyboard operation. Operating

elements placed on the edge of the housing can also be ac

tivated easily and precisely. Thanks to the flush display instal

lation, unintended touch triggers due to dirt particle accumu

lations are excluded, as are the burning in of sweat spatters.

The high-resolution display is installed in portrait format,

which enables an especially compact housing design and

makes a device that lies perfectly in the hand. If necessary,

the touch screen can also be operated with a stylus, which

is kept ergonomically and securely in an opening on the rear

side of KeTop T70.

Data can be backed up on a USB stick. Smaller sticks

will also fit under the closed USB cover and are thus fully

IP 65-protected.

Features optimally combined

The user-friendly user interfaces of a modern visualisation

device must be executed quickly and smoothly. The

KeTop T70 has the most powerful x86 processor in its class.

It is a very compact, mobile operating device with full Win

dows 10 IoT Enterprise and is suitable for almost all applica

tions. Thanks to the drivers for communication with Siemens

and Beckhoff controllers as well as general protocols such as

Modbus TCP and OPC UA, the device can be easily integra

ted into almost any controller.

The compactness is additionally supported by the portrait

format. During teach-in, it is often necessary to read code

lines on site at the operating device. These can be optimally

displayed in portrait format and are thus easy to read. A

simple hook fastening, a magnetic holder and a stylus

holder increase the ergonomics and also keep the device

very compact.

The mobile terminal KeTop T70 with its high-resolution

display and fast processors is perfectly suited forde

manding visualization and operating applications. Its

robust housing is ergonomically shaped and light, enab

ling long and exhaustion-free operation. Unique features

such as a performance that grows with the application,

as well as an additional, optional rear side keyboard

make KeTop T70 a long-term and versatile hand-held

control unit.

Greatest operating efficiency thanks to

rear side keyboard

The greatest ergonomics plays a decisive role when it comes

to hand-held control units. During an analysis of users‘

operating behavior, it was determined that experienced

teachers frequently press several buttons at the same time

in order to work more efficiently. Therefore, an optional

keyboard was developed for the rear side of KeTop T70.

which allows the simultaneous programming of several robot

axes, for example. However numerous other applications

where just a few keys are pressed frequently (e.g. Menu,

Home, Back, etc.) can profit from this unique feature.
