A-B Rockwell 1394C-SJT05-D Servo Controller Module

The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 1394C-SJT05-D module is a servo controller module.

This module is manufactured as part of the Allen-Bradley Bulletin 1394/1394C servo controller product line.

It is intended for use in industrial motion control systems that support multiple axes. the 1394C-SJT05-D Servo Controller Module uses logic power,

shunt power supplies, and input power supplies to operate because it has power connectors for all of these types of power supplies.

It also has relay outputs, analog outputs, and discrete inputs, as well as other connectors such as motor/auxiliary feedback connectors.

The 1394C-SJT05-D is a modular, multi-axis motion control drive system module rated at 5 kW.

Its unique design allows it to be used as an integrated motion control and drive system (GMC).

The system module is referred to as a SERCOS servo drive system, or analog servo drive system.

It provides a direct line connection (transformerless) for 360 V and 480 V three-phase input power.

The System Module* can be configured with up to four axis modules, each of which interfaces with a motor. As a result, users gain significant savings in panel space and interconnections.

The 1394c-SJT05-D System Module also provides a digital servo drive system with a fiber optic digital network interface.

The module can be used as a speed or torque control system and can be quickly commissioned via the Allen-Bradley SERCOS interface module.

This system module provides access to auto tuning and startup prompts. It also offers the SCANport interface as its standard feature.

The system offers digital fault and diagnostic utilities as standard features; it concludes with current monitors, thermal overload detection and feedback signal monitors.

A-B Rockwell 1336-WB110 Dynamic Braking Chopper Module

Allen-Bradley Dynamic Braking Chopper with 380/415/460V AC rating and 750V DC continuous voltage.

Allen-Bradley’s 1336-WB110 Dynamic Brake Chopper Module is a 480V AC brake chopper module with a 2.5-ohm braking resistor.

It is used to increase braking torque from 10-100% to 1336% for Allen-Bradley 1336. 1336VT, 1336PLUSII, 1336FORCE, or 1336IMPACT inverters.

The Brake Chopper Module has a 200A, 700V AC, Ferraz Shawmut fuse with an SCR overvoltage crowbar circuit for inexpensive but effective overvoltage protection.

It also features an insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) chopper transistor voltage control to effectively regulate the DC bus voltage during regeneration.

The 1336-WB110 has an operating voltage range of 380-480V AC and an operating current of 110A, which allows it to be used with another Allen-Bremse module in applications where the operating current exceeds the module’s rated current.

In applications where the operating current exceeds the module’s current rating, it can be set up in parallel with another Allen-Bradley brake chopper module in a master-slave configuration.

The 1336-WB110 has a heavy-duty rating of 460V AC drive voltage, 750V DC conduction input voltage from a DC bus power supply, and a 2.5 ohm dynamic braking value.

The 1336-WB110 has 12A, 30V DC, normally closed (N.C.) contacts with transistor-transistor loop compatibility.

Configured to close when power is applied to the terminal’s brake module and open in the event of a brake fault or power failure with an initial contact resistance of 100m ohms.

The 1336-WB110 has an operating temperature range of -10-40ºC (14-104ºF), will not derate in the non-condensing and non-corrosive humidity range of 5-95%.

It can be stored over a temperature range of -40-70ºC (-40-158ºF). It can be installed up to 1000 meters without derating.

Power dissipation is 100W at 190% duty cycle** and is encased in an IP00 (open) rated enclosure.

The 1336-WB110 weighs approximately 11.34 kg (25 lbs.), has overall dimensions of 290.6 mm x 239.8 mm x 304.8 mm (11.44 in. x 9.44 in. x 12 in.), and meets UL and c-UL standards.

A-B Rockwell 1391-DES45-DI-AQB Servo Controller Drive

The Allen Bradley 1391-DES45-DI-AQB is a servo controller driver that is part of the 1391 product family.

It has a rated input voltage of 240 VAC, three-phase, with a continuous output current of 3.45 RMS and a peak current of 0.90 amps.

Output power is 0.15 kW and peak output power is 0.30 kW. The drive also features an integrated display and encoder output.

The 1391-DES45-DI-AQB is a microprocessor-based digital servo drive primarily used with Allen-Bradley’s 1326 servo motor.

The servo drive is designed in a compact form factor, however, the drive supports add-on components as part of the drive’s scalability features.

Key features of the 1391-DES45-DI-AQB include an integrated display for local configuration of servo drive parameters.

It also has encoder outputs with options including 2048. 1024. 512 and 256 pulses per motor revolution. The higher the pulses, the higher the resolution and the more accurate the feedback.

The servo drive’s front panel displays a Human Interface Module (HIM) with five (5) numeric keypads for navigating and modifying drive parameters.

It also features an integrated status LED that blinks green when faults and low bus voltages are detected.

The LED flashes green when a fault and low bus voltage are detected, stabilizes in green when there is no fault and the bus voltage is at the correct level, and flashes red when a drive fault occurs.

It also has an enable LED that is a steady green when the enable input is off. When the enable input is on, the enable LED is not illuminated.

The TB2 and TB3 interface terminals are located on the bottom of the servo drive; TB2 is used to connect external signals and TB3 is used to terminate the encoder output signal.

The integrated fuses and circuit breakers are located on the top of the drive, along with TB4. TB5. and the duty cycle selector switch. Although this drive has internal protection circuitry, it is recommended that external protection be installed.

A-B Rockwell 1326AS-B440G-21-A Brushless Servo Motor

The 1326AB-B720E-21 servo motor is designed and manufactured by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation.

It is part of the Allen-Bradley Bulletin 1326 servo motor series.

The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 1326AS-B440G-21-A Servo Motor

is a 1326-volt AC-class brushless servo motor from the Allen-Bradley Bulletin 460 series.

It is equipped with a metric flange with keyway and has an environmental rating of IP 65.

The 1326AS-B440G-21-A brushless servomotor can operate at low inertia and high acceleration.

Its 4-inch magnet pack contains powerful iron, boron, and neodymium magnets.

It **runs at 5350 RPM** and has a rated output of 2 kW.

The 1326AS-B440G-21-A brushless servomotor has a stator size of approximately 100 mm.

It has a very compact and economical design for efficient operation in harsh environments.

The 1326AS-B440G-21-A also features a three-phase sinusoidal wound stator field for smooth operation at low speeds.

The motor’s housing is heat-resistant through the extruded aluminum housing, which supports improved heat transfer.

The motor utilizes TENV construction (totally enclosed, non-ventilated), a type of motor used in a variety of smaller horsepower variable speed applications.

This type of construction is typically effective when the fan is exposed to regular clogging and dust or lint.

This motor is rated at 460 RPM at 5250 volts.

A-B Rockwell 1756-TBNH Removable Terminal Block or RTB Module

The 1756-TBNH detachable terminal block can be used with up to 20 wires at a time.

The Allen-Bradley 1756-TBNH is a removable terminal block (RTB) for the 1756 I/O module.

It is an I/O module accessory and must be ordered separately.

The 1756-TBNH provides flexibility in interconnecting 1756 I/O modules and industrial plant wiring. It plugs into the front of the I/O module.

The 1756-TBNH removable terminal block is a 20-position NEMA screw clamp.

It has a screw torque of 1.36 Nm and a screwdriver width of 8 mm (5/16 in.)**.

It measures 5.51 x 4.41 x 5.71 inches. It weighs 0.3 lbs.

Foxboro FBM204 Interface Module

OVERVIEW

The FBM204.0 to 20 mA Input/Output consists of four 20 mA dc analog input channels and four 20 mA dc analog output channels.

Each input channel accepts an analog sensor input or a self-powered 20 mA supply.

Each output channel drives an external load to produce a 0 to 20 mA output.

The inputs/outputs are electrically isolated from other inputs/outputs on channel and ground.

The FBM204 performs the signal conversion required for electrical input interfaces/output signals from field sensors to an optional redundant fieldbus.

The FBM204 performs analog I/O applications that provide configurable options for the following functions: conversion time,

Fail Safe Configuration (Hold/Return) and Analog Output Fail Safe Return Data (on a per channel basis).

The Fieldbus Module (FBM) can alternatively perform the fast control loops in which Distributed PIDA (DPIDA) applications provide operation.

The FBM204 is electrically compatible with standard HART signals.
