The TMdrive-MVe2 is a medium voltage, AC fed drive designed for high-efficiency

and power-friendly operation in a broad range of industrial applications.

High reliability, low harmonic distortion, regenerative operation and reactive

power control operation are designed into the drive.

Applications

The TMdrive-MVe2 is designed for a wide range of industrial applications, including:

Centrifugal pumps, fans, and compressors, screw compressors, blowers, refiners,

mixers, extruders, conveyors, press machines, slurry pipelines, mills, hot gas

expanders, etc. Energy regeneration capability is included, allowing braking of

overhauling loads and rapid stopping of loads such as fans and pumps.

TMEIC TMdrive-XL80 Medium Voltage AC Drives

3.8 kV, up to 30 MVA

The TMdrive-XL80 is a medium voltage (3.8kV), AC fed drive designed

for high-efficiency and power-friendly operation in a broad range of

industrial applications.

High reliability, low line-side harmonic distortion, and high power factor

operation are designed into the drive.

TMEIC’s water cooled design and compatibility of piping materials with

de-ionized cooling system ensures that the drive has a MTBF of more

than 20 years.

6.0/6.6 kV, up to 92 MVA

The TMdrive-XL75 is a high-power, medium voltage, AC fed drive

designed for high-efficiency and power-friendly operation in a

broad range of industrial applications. A single bank drive has

15/20/23 MVA power level, and multiple banks can be used to

obtain higher power levels. Conservative design uses 4500 V, 

2100 A IEGTs, and the power bridges are water cooled.

operation are designed into the drive.

with de-ionized cooling system ensures that the drive has a MTBF

of more than 20 years.
